What does a WEBINAR service look like?
A webinar service includes the displaying of a Ripple commemorative video with participants watching in person, virtually, or both.
How can friends and family contribute?
Friends and family can send photos of the loved one and be a speaker and offer a tribute.
Does Ripple offer any in-person celebrations of life?
At the moment Ripple does not, but we hope to soon.
Does ripple offer any services for long-term care for the bereaved family?
Ripple is currently in the works of creating integrated platforms on our website with meal trains, flower arrangements, and card templates.
Is the service recorded?
Yes, all services are recorded and available anytime and anywhere.
How many people can watch the service?
For the Webinar Service, up to 1000 people can attend. For our Reflection, Memorial, and Remembrance Video Service, you can send the video to however many people you want.
How long is the service?
The service can range for however long you would like, all of these details are discussed in the free 30-minute consultation call.
how do I pay?
We offer several forms of payment using the platforms Zelle and check. Once the product is finalized and reviewed, a payment link will be generated and sent for payment.
will you provide help to those who are not familiar with zoom?
Yes, Ripple is on standby with technical assistance and has templates and tutorials for technology use. We pride ourselves in responding to support tickets in less then 24 hours.
Can i join off of any device?
Yes, for our Webinar Service, any device that has Zoom can join the call. For our Reflection, Memorial, and Remembrance, you can watch off any device.
